These are the terms and conditions (“Terms”) that apply to the NFL Newsletter £250 Cash Back Promotion (the “Promotion”). The Promotion is open for purchases made from 00:01 on 28th October 2021 through to 23:59 on 7th November 2021 (the “Promotion Period”). The promotion entitles registered subscribers of NFL UK to £250 cash back on the purchase of a car on cinch.co.uk.
The Promoter is Cinch Cars Limited (company number 11520330), with its registered office at Headway House, Crosby Way, Farnham, Surrey, GU9 7XG and VAT number 360909784.
To be eligible for the Promotion you must:
Each NFL UK subscriber is only eligible for one code covering one purchase.
The cash back offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers from cinch.
You may give your code to another person living in the same household as yourself at the same address, but the code is single-use and may not be used more than once.
If you would like to transfer your code to a member of your household, they will need to visit https://nfldiscount.cinchrewards.co.uk/ after they make a qualifying purchase of a car from cinch.co.uk and follow the steps indicated in section 4 below, entering your code, their valid order number, and their name and address and other required details.
The purchaser must also be 18 years old or and be a resident in the UK with a functioning email address and valid UK bank account.
The cash back offer can only be claimed on cars purchased directly from cinch through cinch.co.uk during the Promotion Period, and is not valid on cars bought through a dealer, even if advertised on cinch.
The cash back offer can only be claimed post purchase. A claim will only be processed after the 14-day cancellation period has expired and no cash back will be paid if the purchase has been cancelled or the car returned for any reason before payment of the cash back is made.
Steps to claim the £250 cash back offer:
The cash back offer of £250 will only be paid if you follow all the above steps. No claim will be processed until validated. The bank transfer of the £250 cash back may take up to 42 days from the date on which you provide all required information.
As far as is permitted by law, the Promoter and their agents or employees will not be responsible or liable to compensate you or accept any liability for any loss or damage occurring as a result of participating in the Promotion. This does not exclude any liability for fraud, death or personal injury or other liability that may not be excluded by law. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Any tax, National Insurance, bank charges or other liability, cost or expense connected with claiming or receiving the cash back is exclusively the responsibility of the participant.
The Promoter takes no responsibility for claims that are delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons, network or server issues, or otherwise.
It is the responsibility of the participant to provide their correct, up-to-date details when claiming the cash back offer. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for participants failing to supply accurate information which affects verification or delivery of the cash back offer.
Whilst the Promoter will take all reasonable steps to ensure that its obligations in relation to running of the Promotion and dispatching of payments are met, the Promoter shall not be liable in any way for its inability to meet these timeframes resulting from its own business or its supply chain (including third party processors) being affected by Covid-19 infections or related restrictions, or for any other reason outside the Promoter’s reasonable control.
Should Covid-19 infections or related restrictions or any other reason outside the Promoter’s reasonable control affect the Promoter’s ability to meet any of its obligations, the Promoter reserves the right to extend the closing date and/or any other deadlines and/or make any other necessary modifications to the Promotion but will use reasonable endeavours to resume the Promotion and fulfil its obligations as soon as is reasonably possible after its and/or its third party processors resume business as usual.

The cash back offer is non-transferable except as set out in these Terms and non-exchangeable for any other benefit. It must be claimed and paid in accordance with these Terms and no compensation will be payable if you do not claim the cash back offer within 60 days from the date of purchase.
The Promoter’s decision in relation to claims is final and binding. Making a cash back offer claim implies acceptance of these Terms.
Instructions provided at the point of claiming the £250 cash back, form part of the Terms of this Promotion. In the event of a conflict, these Terms take precedence. Please retain a copy of the Terms for your information.
The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to eliminate or disqualify any claims or participants that it regards as being in breach of these Terms. Those who try and circumvent the claim process and/or instructions will be disqualified and any cash back offer claimed will be void.
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, withdraw, terminate or temporarily suspend this Promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical reason outside its reasonable control, with no liability to any participants or third parties but will use all reasonable endeavours to replace or resume this Promotion where possible.
If a court finds part of these Terms is illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable, the remaining parts of the Terms will continue in full force and effect.
The application and interpretation of these Terms shall be governed by the law of England and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any dispute concerning them. If the participant lives in Scotland, the Promoter or the participant may issue any legal proceedings in connection with any dispute or claim arising in relation to these Terms in the courts of Scotland.
